VISUAL IDENTITY AND LOGO
Your logo is seen on a quote, a van and a sixteen-pixel tab.
If it doesn't hold up everywhere, it doesn't hold up anywhere.
A visual identity isn't just a pretty drawing: it's a sign that remains readable on a black-and-white invoice, on a phone screen, and on a sign. LYVIA builds the logo, colors, typography, and document templates using the method applied to its own brand. You leave with a complete kit, not just a file.
What a logo must withstand
Yours will be printed tiny on a QR-bill, stretched across a vehicle, and displayed at 16 pixels in a browser. Most logos are designed for only one of these sizes. Ours are tested at all three before being approved.
The delta of LYVIA, as tested: at sixteen pixels, the line thickens slightly to stay sharp; at large size, nothing changes. This is the rule we apply to your sign.
What we deliver
The logo in all its forms
The word, the sign alone, the stacked version. Each form in color, black, white, in all useful formats, from phone icon to print.
Colors and typography
A brand shade ranging from darkest to lightest, neutrals, a free font installable on every device. Everything with its codes.
Document templates
Quote, invoice with QR-bill, letterhead, email signature, presentation. Your documents finally look consistent.
The guidelines in plain language
A short document that explains what to do and what not to do. Your next printer, your next intern, your next agency will follow it.
How we build
No brainstorming sessions, no twenty proposals: one method. We applied it to LYVIA before offering it to you.
The logo is drawn to scale, like a plan, then checked at the actual pixel on screen before being validated. What cannot be read at sixteen pixels is redone.
What we do not do
No advertising campaign, no events, no filming. We build the sign and the system that carries it; how you talk about it remains yours. If an illustrator is needed, we bring them in with a precise brief, and you know this beforehand.
A logo that needs to be explained is not finished.
Frequently Asked Questions
What we are asked
We already have a logo. Do we need to start over?
Not necessarily. Often, it is enough to redraw it neatly, set its colors and produce the missing formats.
Does the logo belong to us?
Yes, entirely, with the source files. Trademark registration is a separate process that we explain without doing it for you.
How many proposals do we receive?
Few, but well-argued. A clear direction, tested, is better than twenty sketches.
What about the van, clothing, signage?
We prepare the exact files for each manufacturer, with measurements. You can place your order wherever you want.
Show us your quote and your van
The diagnosis is free and non-binding. We look at where your image appears today, what holds up and what doesn't, then we tell you what really needs to be redone, and what should be kept.
